Lauren is an associate in our litigation team.

She trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the litigation team in September 2019.

She has experience acting for clients in relation to disciplinary proceedings, regulatory investigations, banking and financial disputes, judicial reviews and other regulatory litigation.

Lauren advises clients on disputes between company directors and/or shareholders, residents' management company disputes, general contractual disputes, costs recovery and a range of insurance matters. She has experience in relation to data protection and advises clients on the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a trainee, Lauren sat within the charity and social business team, the professional regulation team, the personal injury and clinical negligence team and our property and enfranchisement team.

Before joining Russell-Cooke as a trainee in September 2017, Lauren worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service resolving disputes between consumers and financial businesses in a fair and impartial manner. Her experience here allows her to bring both a legal and practical perspective to clients' issues.

Lauren studied law with Spanish at the University of Sheffield, spending a year abroad studying Spanish law in Valencia.

Lauren completed the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Moorgate, obtaining a distinction.
