Lisa works closely with members of the commercial litigation team, in particular Elliot Elsey and Lee Ranford.

She has many years of hands-on experience dealing with document management and procedural issues arising across a spectrum of varied commercial litigation cases.

Lisa has a meticulous approach and deals with matters such as preparing bundles for trial, disclosure, instructing experts, drafting witness statements and particulars of claim and general preparation for trial, injunctions including freezing injunctions and mediations.

• Assisting on large litigation claims, in particular, dealing with disclosure and preparation for trial
• Assisting and dealing with debt recovery matters from the initial pre-action process through to enforcement proceedings
• Liaising directly with the courts, barristers and clients and experts

• Assisted on the case of Sears & Anor v Minco Plc and Ors [2016] EWHC 433 (Ch)
