Mark has over 30 years of experience advising clients on commercial property issues, and has built up a thriving practice acting for both commercial tenants / occupiers and commercial landlords, with a primary focus on commercial tenants.
Mark specialises in advising on HQ relocations and industrial premises occupancy in London and elsewhere in the UK. He regularly advises corporates throughout the relocation process, and has experience with clients across a number of sectors including finance, energy and defence.
He has further experience advising high net worth individuals on a range of residential property matters and property investments, and advising clients on issues stemming from the Leasehold Reform Act (s.42).
Mark is based in the Putney office, but can also meet clients in our Bedford Row office.
