We advise clients in relation to disciplinary proceedings, including the prosecution and defence of matters before professional tribunals and in the Administrative Court of the High Court. We act for both professional and regulatory bodies and individuals.
We also offer more general advice on professional regulation, including the drafting of nationwide professional disciplinary regulations. Our clients include the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Institute of Legal Executives and the Architects Registration Board.
