Having a baby admitted to neonatal care can be an overwhelming and distressing experience. Families are often left with questions about the care their baby received, the support available to them and whether their experiences could have been different.
To help provide answers and support, Russell-Cooke's medical negligence specialists are partnering with Bliss, the UK's leading charity for babies born premature or sick, to offer a free legal advice clinic for families with concerns about the neonatal care their baby received.
The clinic follows the launch of Bliss's Equity for Every Baby report, which highlights persistent inequalities in neonatal care and how outcomes can still be influenced by factors including ethnicity, deprivation and wider health inequalities.
The clinic will take place on Tuesday 8 September 2026, offering individuals and families the opportunity to speak directly with specialist medical negligence solicitors in a confidential and supportive setting.
