Russell-Cooke caps busy summer of deals with sale of Isosceles

Russell-Cooke’s corporate team recently advised the founder of Isosceles Finance Limited in connection with the sale of the company to Dains Accountants.

Isosceles is a fast-growing accounting outsourcing, HR consultancy, and interim FD provider. Founded in 2001, the company operates from a network of four offices across the UK.

Mike O’Connell, the company’s founder and CEO, will continue to develop the business following completion of the deal alongside other key members of the management team.

Mike commented: “I was delighted that we were able to complete the sale so quickly, especially given the highly pressured timetable. Russell-Cooke’s expertise, commercial approach and service levels were integral to getting this across the line. We’re now looking forward to working alongside Dains to develop Isosceles into an even stronger business.”

The sale was negotiated and completed within a month of receiving first drafts of the transaction documents. The Russell-Cooke team consisted of Emma ShippAdam Bainbridge, et al. The buyer, supported by private equity firm Horizon Capital, was advised by CMS.
