About Emma
Having successfully managed my own law firm for many years I know what it takes to run a thriving business, keeping all the plates spinning. This makes me an excellent commercial sounding board for my clients as well as a tough negotiator in corporate deals.
Emma specialises in providing practical advice on a variety of business issues. She has more than 30 years' experience advising clients on:
- mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- solvent and distressed company re-organisations
- startup requirements including shareholder agreements and LLP deeds
- various business arrangements such as joint ventures, share option schemes and investment agreements
Emma was elected as the managing partner of her then current firm for three successive terms. She was named a Hot 100 lawyer by The Lawyer in 2010.
Emma joined Russell-Cooke in November 2020 to further enhance the strength and depth of the corporate and commercial team as well as to develop a strategic project to enhance our services to clients.
