Russell-Cooke expands central London international private client capability with new partner hire
Russell-Cooke has appointed Matthew Radcliffe as a partner in its Bedford Row-based private client team.
Matthew is a recognised specialist in complex cross-border tax and estate planning, advising internationally mobile families, trustees, and family offices on UK and international tax, succession, and structuring issues. With a particular focus on US-UK estate and tax planning, Matthew regularly advises clients on the interaction between the two systems, including residence and domicile rules, the US-UK estate tax treaty, and the treatment of foreign entities such as trusts, foundations, and family holding structures. His experience spans pre immigration and pre-emigration planning, cross-border wealth structuring, and the UK tax analysis of US entities including LLCs and revocable trusts.
He joins Russell-Cooke from private client teams at two major City firms and from an in-house role at one of the Big Four.
