Writing in Property Week, Russell-Cooke's property litigation expert explains why hopes for clarification on rights-of-light went unfulfilled in Sirosa Properties Establishment v The Prudential Assurance Company Limited. However, she points out, another case is making its way through the courts which could provide some sought-after illumination.
