About Alexia
I take a calm, pragmatic approach to property transactions, combining attention to detail with clear communication. My aim is to make the legal process feel straightforward and manageable for clients at every stage.
Alexia is an associate solicitor in the real estate, planning and construction team. Alexia advises on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease and licence transactions for landlords and tenants.
Alexia has gained experience across both private practice and in-house legal teams, where she supported teams in complex transactions involving high-value real estate portfolios. These experiences have given her a unique understanding of the commercial drivers behind property deals and the practical realities faced by clients.
She brings a friendly, hands-on and detail-focused approach to advising clients throughout the lifecycle of a property transaction.
Alexia qualified as a solicitor in September 2025.
