I am conscientious and take a diligent approach to achieving a positive outcome for my clients. I am adaptable in challenging situations, patient in my approach, and proactive in finding solutions.
Ed advises developers, public bodies, investment vehicles, pension schemes, institutional lenders, landed estates and charities on a wide range of commercial property matters including both sale and purchase transactions of commercial premises; new leases (acting for landlord or tenant); development finance and transactions involving land, property portfolio management; charity and educational property; overage; real estate finance, and schemes of management.
Ed is confident in efficiently identifying and understanding the key issues in a transaction, working with clients and other parties to ensure that that a client’s objectives are met. His approach is calm, methodical and pragmatic. Ed has accumulated a wide range of property experience and is aware of the nuances and competing interests that could be involved in a transaction.
Ed joined Russell-Cooke in January 2026. He began his legal career at a firm in South West London, starting as a paralegal in real estate before commencing his training contract. He qualified in September 2024.
