I help individuals, trustees and executors to navigate the ever-changing world of tax and estate planning by providing clear and practical advice.
Edward advises individuals and families on their wills and estate planning, the administration of estates (probate), creating and administering trusts and, both creating and administering powers of attorney.
He regularly advises on all aspects lifetime tax planning including gifting, making full use of inheritance tax exemptions and reliefs and tax efficient will drafting.
Edward has considerable experience advising executors and the trustees of family trusts on their ongoing administration. He can advise individuals on UK residence planning often working closely with advisors in other jurisdictions.
The broad range of his practice means Edward can provide clients with comprehensive advice that remains focussed on each client’s aims and wishes.
