Eleanor trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the litigation team on qualification in 2023. As a trainee, she sat with the real estate, private client, commercial litigation and corporate & commercial teams. 

Eleanor has a broad range of commercial litigation experience and advises on a wide range of disputes involving businesses, individuals and charities. 

As well as advising on general commercial claims and contractual disputes, Eleanor also advises on construction, shareholder and resident management company disputes. 

Eleanor has particular experience advising on breach of contract claims and assists clients with professional negligence claims and civil fraud disputes.
