About Jack
I provide advice to businesses, charities and individuals on property dispute matters to manage and resolve existing disputes or prevent them arising in the first place. I enjoy the challenge of getting to grips with complex disputes and coming up with creative solutions.
Jack advises on all types of property dispute resolution, including commercial property disputes, development disputes, building safety matters, residential long leasehold matters and disputes involving nuisance, boundaries, rights of way, the Party Wall Act, adverse possession and restrictive covenants.
He regularly writes in industry publications, including the Estates Gazette and the Sunday Times ‘Home Help’ column. He has been listed as a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 (2026) and ranked in the Chambers UK Legal Guide (2026).
Jack is great - he is extremely detail-oriented and very thorough.
