Jack seeks to resolve disputes in a practical manner, with the intention of providing realistic and workable solutions.
Jack trained at Russell-Cooke and joined the litigation team on qualification in March 2022. As a trainee, he sat within the real estate, professional regulation, trust disputes and private client teams.
Jack advises on a wide range of commercial claims involving breach of contract, professional negligence, and construction disputes.
Jack has particular experience in advising on disputes involving regulated individuals and public bodies.
