About Laura
I am approachable and commercial, guiding clients to achieve their goals in an efficient manner. Having spent time in-house, I have first-hand experience of what clients need from their external lawyers and how best to add value.
Laura is a transactional property legal director in the real estate, planning and construction team.
Her experience includes acting for clients from a broad range of sectors, on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including:
- investment and asset management matters for institutional investor and landlord clients
- a well-known residential developer on site assembly and subsequent reporting to secure c.£180m financing to fund development costs
- advising a household name technology firm on day-to-day estate management following corporate acquisitions
- clients taking space in the prime London office / HQ market
- various investment matters within the office, industrial, life science, retail and hospitality sectors.
Laura qualified in 2010 and spent 12 years working in the commercial property team of a major city firm before joining Imperial College London as senior legal counsel for estates and sustainability. She joined Russell-Cooke in July 2025.
