He regularly assists employers across a broad range of sectors with obtaining and maintaining Sponsor Licences, including applications under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes.

He has successfully guided organisations through initial Sponsor Licence applications, as well as applications arising from corporate restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and other business changes requiring a new licence or Home Office approval.

Lewis takes a proactive and commercial approach to Sponsor Licence compliance, working closely with clients to ensure they understand and effectively discharge their sponsor duties, minimise compliance risks, and maintain robust immigration processes.

Additionally, Lewis has managed numerous Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications on behalf of multinational businesses, supporting senior executives, key personnel, and their families as they relocate to and establish themselves in the UK.

Private client immigration

Lewis advises individuals and families on a wide range of personal immigration matters, helping them navigate the UK immigration system and identify the most suitable options for relocating to, remaining in, and settling in the UK.

His experience includes assisting clients with family-based immigration applications, including spouse, partner, and parent routes. Lewis has provided support to married and unmarried couples, as well as parents seeking to secure immigration status for themselves and their children, providing tailored advice that reflects their individual circumstances and long-term objectives.

Lewis advises on settlement and nationality matters, helping clients secure their long-term future in the UK through applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain and British citizenship.
