Mira advises private property companies, property funds, retailers and residential developers on a broad range of property matters. These include acquisitions, investment transactions, forward purchases and sales, with a particular focus on development work.
Mira is fluent in English and Albanian.

- Acted on the acquisition of a £125 million prime central London office building for conversion into luxury residences.
- Acted on investment acquisitions for institutional investors, including a £75 million mixed-use building in Birmingham, a £65 million shopping centre in Manchester and a £120 million shopping centre in Chippenham with more than 50 units.
- Acted on the forward purchase and sale of a £50 million mixed-use site in Ipswich for conversion into luxury apartments.
- Acted for development clients on site acquisitions across the country.
- Acted on loans relating to development sites for a major UK development lender.
