About Sarah
When family and assets span more than one country, the legal process can feel overwhelming. I make it my priority to cut through that complexity and give clients a clear path forward.
Sarah is an avocat au barreau de Paris (French lawyer registered at the Paris Bar). She advises individuals, families, executors and trustees on estate planning and estate administration, including matters with an international dimension. She is particularly experienced in dealing with Anglo-French estates.
Sarah acts for clients from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities, many of whom have assets, family ties or tax considerations spread across more than one country. She advises on the complexities that can arise in cross-border estates, including questions of applicable law, domicile, foreign assets and the interplay between different legal systems.
Having trained and practised in Paris before relocating to London, Sarah understands first-hand the challenges that arise when clients find themselves dealing with an unfamiliar system. She works closely with French notaires and tax advisers to ensure that estates are administered efficiently and that clients receive coherent advice across both jurisdictions.
Sarah joined Russell-Cooke in October 2025 and practises as part of the French law team. Sarah is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
