About Simon
I have been a property lawyer since 1981, specialising in the high-end property market, in particular, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster. To offer a fully rounded service to my clients I work very closely with our private client team and our construction and planning teams.
Simon specialises in residential property work including site acquisitions, secured lending, development and property investment.
He also has considerable experience in dealing with unusual properties, such as country stately homes, estates and castles. He acts, in some cases, for the third generation of clients.
Simon is recognised as a Band 1 Lawyer in Chambers High Net Worth and has been for many years. He has also been recognised by Legal 500 and by The Spears 500 Guide and in the Spears Property Advisors Index.
