September 2027: Solicitor Apprentices join the firm

All applicants must complete our online application form which will be available when applications open. There is no benefit to being the first to apply so consider the form carefully and submit it when you feel that it fully reflects what you want to tell us about you.

Once our applications have closed, each application will be reviewed on an individual basis and candidates will be selected for a Teams interview, usually with Senior Associate, Legal Director or a member of the Early Careers Team. This interview will be to find out a bit more about you, why you are interested in Russell-Cooke and why you are interested in completing a solicitor apprenticeship.

Candidates will then be invited to an assessment day at the firm. This will be an opportunity to visit our offices, meet the Early Careers team and spend some time with some of our lawyers and current trainees. The day will include a written exercise, a group exercise and an informal interview. This will take place in early April 2027.

We are committed to keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process. Following each stage, you will receive an update on the status of your application and whether you have progressed to the next stage, and you will have an opportunity to request feedback if you wish to have such.
