Jemma Pollock wins Financial Remedies Solicitor of the Year at the Financial Remedies Awards 2026
Family law partner Jemma Pollock has been named Financial Remedies Solicitor of the Year at the Financial Remedies Awards 2026 in recognition of her outstanding leadership, contribution to the development of family law and commitment to mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
The award acknowledges Jemma's achievements both in practice and across the wider profession. In selecting her as the winner, the judges highlighted her "outstanding leadership", notable casework and significant contribution to family law. They cited her involvement in the highest-value reported Schedule 1 case among those considered and her exceptional mentoring record.

It is a privilege to support families through some of the most important and challenging moments in their lives, helping them find solutions that enable them to move forward with confidence. To be recognised for doing that alongside such a high calibre of nominees is a real honour. What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is the acknowledgement of the work I have been fortunate to do beyond my client practice, whether through contributing to the development of family law or supporting those entering the profession. I am grateful to my colleagues both in the family team and the wider firm, as well as to my clients and peers, for their continued support.

Judges' comments
The winner was chosen because of her outstanding leadership. Her contribution to practice and her notable cases also impressed the judges, including her work on Resolution's Family Agreements module and the highest-value reported Schedule 1 case among those cited. Her mentoring record set her apart: she has overseen more than 800 applicants and mentors 10–12 future solicitors every year.
