Four Russell-Cooke partners have been selected for inclusion in the Spear’s Family Law Indices 2026.
Managing Partner James Carroll and partners Kate Hamilton, Katie Longmate and Jemma Pollock are all recognised in the list.
The Spear’s Family Law Indices highlight the leading family lawyers for high-value divorces, cohabitation agreements, child arrangement matters, nuptial agreements and mediation, with rankings based on submissions, nominations, references and peer review.
Jemma Pollock is also quoted in the publication’s trends coverage: as she explains, clients are “increasingly focused on prenuptial agreements, cohabitation arrangements and declarations of trust” as part of how they protect and pass on wealth.
