Partner Anthony Sakrouge has been quoted in an article from Bloomberg on potential changes to fixed pay allowances for senior banking staff following regulatory reforms. Anthony commented on how banks may encourage executives to move away from fixed allowances in favour of more bonus-driven remuneration structures.

This has already started. Most people are likely to agree as, although less of their income will be certain, they will have a bigger potential upside and objecting is likely to suggest a lack of confidence.
