Russell-Cooke has secured a top ten position for the third year running in RollOnFriday’s 2026 Best Law Firms to Work At survey.
The firm placed joint sixth overall with an 80% approval rating, climbing four places compared with last year and increasing its overall satisfaction score by four percentage points. This result places Russell-Cooke in RollOnFriday’s “outstanding” category, awarded to firms achieving satisfaction scores above 70%.
RollOnFriday’s annual survey is one of the UK legal sector’s most widely followed employee experience benchmarks. This year, more than 7,500 lawyers and business services professionals took part, with firms rated on job satisfaction, management and leadership, culture and morale, work-life balance, pay and benefits, and training and development.
This result reflects the progress we’ve made in building a supportive, inclusive and high-performing workplace. Moving up the rankings again and increasing our satisfaction score shows that our focus on culture, flexibility and long-term career development is delivering tangible results for our people and the firm.
