Russell-Cooke strengthens property law and conveyancing team with partner hire
Russell-Cooke has announced the appointment of Beatrice Dixon as a partner in its property law and conveyancing team.
Beatrice brings over 20 years’ experience advising clients on residential property matters, with a focus on freehold and leasehold transactions, financing, lease extensions, transfers of equity and high-value portfolio work. She has acted for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and property investors, both UK based and internationally, and has strong links with estate agents, private banks, buying agents and other referrers across he sector.
She joins from Knights Professional Services Limited, where she was a partner managing the Weybridge team following Knights’ acquisition of Mundays. Prior to this, she held senior roles at Mundays, Morr & Co., and Rose & Rose.
Beatrice also has a track record in business development and team leadership, having built and led residential property teams, overseen brand and profile-raising initiatives, and delivered consistent growth across her practice.
