Thomas advises clients on a wide range of matters, including business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements and articles of association, corporate reorganisations, preparation for sales and employee incentive schemes. He works closely with SMEs across all sectors, with particular experience advising clients within IT industry, including Microsoft resellers, cloud service providers, IT managed service businesses and SaaS providers.
Thomas has a strong specialism in employee incentives, regularly advising on enterprise management incentives (EMIs), long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), growth shares and unapproved share option schemes.
Thomas joined Russell-Cooke in 2025 from a City firm, having previously spent ten years at a large regional firm.
