Insider Scorecard Grades range from A* to D and are derived from the Legal Cheek Trainee and Junior Lawyer Survey 2021-22 of over 2,000 trainees and junior associates at the leading law firms in the UK.
The winning law firm in each category will be announced at the award ceremony which takes place on 24 March at the Leadenhall Building (or ‘Cheese Grater’) in London.
Graduate recruitment partner Rebecca Fisher says: “We are incredibly proud of the training we offer at Russell-Cooke. Key to the success of the programme is the fact that our partners are accessible, supportive and most importantly consider our trainee cohort as the future of the firm. This means trainees feel comfortable asking questions and are not afraid to speak up when they need support. We expect them to work hard but we also expect them to have a life and enjoy their two years of training. So we’re delighted to be shortlisted in these two categories. Our application process for the 2024 training contract is currently open, closing on 18 February 2021. If you are considering embarking on a legal career, do take a look at our Graduate Recruitment page and our Instagram account.”
Russell-Cooke takes on 8-10 trainees each year. The deadline for the 2022 spring vacation scheme and 2024 training contract applications is 18 February 2022. Applications can be made here.
