Sarah Richardson shortlisted for Diversity Champion of the Year at Women & Diversity in Law Awards
Partner Sarah Richardson has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Diversity Champion of the Year – Private Practice Lawyer category at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards.
The Women & Diversity in Law Awards celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations working to make the legal profession more diverse, inclusive and supportive for all.
Sarah is a partner in Russell-Cooke’s children law team, widely recognised for her work in complex and sensitive matters involving vulnerable children and families, including adoption and surrogacy. Alongside her practice, she is deeply committed to advancing equality, diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
As the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Sarah leads initiatives designed to create meaningful cultural change, broaden access to the profession and support progression and wellbeing across the firm. Her work reflects a longstanding commitment to ensuring the legal sector is more inclusive, representative and supportive for all.
I am very proud to be shortlisted. Creating a more inclusive and supportive legal profession is something I care deeply about, and this recognition reflects the collective efforts of those in the industry who are committed to driving meaningful change.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in April. The full shortlist can be viewed here.
