About Adam
I have over a decade of experience acting exclusively for claimants on a wide range of complex medical negligence cases and inquests. It's a privilege to help my clients navigate the litigation process and I strive to ensure that they are well advised on every step of the journey.
Adam advises on a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence claims, including birth injuries, acquired brain injuries, amputations, fatalities, stillbirths, and claims arising from delays in the diagnosis of cancer and other serious physical and psychiatric illnesses.
Adam specialises in helping patients who have sustained spinal cord injuries as a result of clinical negligence, including substandard surgery, failures to diagnose and treat cauda equina syndrome, and delays in treating spinal abscesses and infections.
He also represents families at inquests where loved ones have died due to poor medical or psychiatric care.
Adam is experienced in bringing cases on behalf of individuals and groups who have suffered harm as a result of substandard medical treatment and care.
Before joining Russell-Cooke in 2026, Adam spent over 13 years at a national claimant law firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 2017 after training in the firm's human rights department and with its abuse claims team, where he represented individuals who had sustained psychiatric injuries as a result of childhood sexual abuse.

Experience
Helped secure an eight-figure settlement for a claimant who suffered severe brain damage as a result of negligent care during birth.
Represented a man in his fifties who recovered six-figure compensation following a negligent delay in diagnosing bladder cancer, which resulted in a terminal prognosis.
Assisted a client in obtaining an admission of liability following a two-year delay in diagnosing bowel cancer.
Acted in a claim against Bupa on behalf of a client who sustained an acquired brain injury after an inexperienced nurse negligently took blood from a central venous catheter, causing an air embolus and avoidable stroke.
Secured damages and a full admission of liability from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in relation to an avoidable stillbirth at 39 weeks.
Helped represent a family at an inquest and obtained an admission of liability from an NHS trust regarding the mismanagement of a young man's psychiatric care, which led to his death.
Assisted on a number of successful group actions and individual claims on behalf of patients who were neglected and/or mistreated at various NHS trusts, including Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and the former Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Education
Studied LLB Law at the University of East London.
Completed an MA in medical law and ethics at Kings College London.
Studied the LPC at BBP.
