About Billy

I provide clear, practical advice to help clients navigate complex issues and resolve disputes in a way that protects their interests and furthers their commercial objectives.

Billy is an associate in the restructuring and insolvency team specialising in contentious insolvency, civil fraud and asset recovery matters. He advises insolvency practitioners, companies, directors and individuals on a broad range of disputes, with a focus on resolving matters efficiently and cost-effectively, whether through litigation, arbitration or alternative methods where appropriate.

His work spans complex, high-value contentious insolvency and fraud disputes, including matters involving the misappropriation and recovery of assets (including cryptoassets). These matters frequently involve multi-jurisdictional issues and require urgent injunctive relief or other interim applications.

Billy gained secondment experience at a major UK bank and at a multinational retailer, and therefore has a strong understanding of the commercial pressures faced by clients.
