She has acted on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinances and developments across both the residential and commercial property sectors. Her expertise spans leases, refurbishments and buy-to-let investments, working with borrowers and corporate entities alike.

She has significant experience in bridging finance and regularly acts for both regulated, unregulated lenders and borrowers, providing pragmatic advice and ensuring smooth completion of complex funding arrangements.
