About Harry
I have extensive experience representing corporate and private clients on a full range of UK immigration matters. I bring a friendly, mission-first and tenacious attitude when pursuing client objectives.
Business immigration and global mobility
Harry advises UK and international businesses of all sizes on all aspects of UK sponsorship and business immigration, including sponsor licence applications and changes, Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas, immigration support in corporate transactions and M&A and ongoing sponsor compliance, audits and risk mitigation.
Many of the organisations Harry has advised operate in sectors of strategic importance to the UK economy, including energy, financial services, media, technology and semi conductors.
Private client and high risk immigration
Harry acts for high net worth individuals, professionals, families and a wide range of other private clients on UK immigration, nationality and human rights matters, including high risk and non standard applications in addition to a full range of standard applications.
He has successfully lobbied a Global Talent endorsing body to revise its endorsement criteria, thereby affecting how the Immigration Rules were applied to film and creative professionals.
Reputation and international work
His expertise is relied upon by other lawyers across many jurisdictions including England and Wales, in Europe, the United States and China. He regularly delivers training and presentations to other lawyers, including a session attended by hundreds of Chinese lawyers.
He has been quoted on Channel 4 News and has represented the firm at UK and international conferences, including those organised by the American Bar Association.
Outside of work, Harry is an avid athlete and has provided support to many world-class champions and sports organisations with their UK immigration and sports law needs.
Harry began his career in immigration law in 2020, qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2023.
