Isabella is an associate in the employment law team. 

She advises both employees and employers on all aspects of employment law including employment contracts, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, policies, internal grievances and disciplinary matters, as well as assisting the team with employment tribunal litigation and corporate support work.

Isabella joined Russell-Cooke’s employment team in March 2025 having previously completed her training contract at a regional law firm.
