Jannine advises both employees and employers on all aspects of employment law including contracts of employment, settlement agreements, internal grievances and disciplinary matters as well as employment tribunal litigation.

Jannine joined Russell-Cooke as a trainee in 2017 and qualified into the firm's employment team in March 2019.

Before joining Russell-Cooke, she worked as a paralegal at a large city law firm in their real estate team.
