Mike is a solicitor in the real estate, planning and construction team with a particular focus on real estate finance. He advises banks, bridging and specialist lenders, property developers and family offices on a broad range of real estate finance transactions.  

He acts for both borrowers and lenders on development and acquisition facilities and large portfolio refinances. His experience includes hotels, student accommodation, retail and leisure, hospitality, development, mixed-use and residential assets.
