Zain is an associate in the real estate, planning and construction team, with a particular expertise in real estate finance. He acts for banks, alternative lenders, developers and investors on a broad range of secured lending transactions, including development finance, investment finance and acquisition finance.

Zain has experience acting on multi-million-pound lending transactions across a variety of asset classes, working closely with both institutional lenders and high-net-worth individuals. He also advises on complex security structures within real estate finance deals.
