Regulation and public law associate Lui Asquith has been quoted in an article from The Independent on the High Court’s ruling that the Home Office’s proscription of protest group Palestine Action under terrorism legislation was unlawful. Lui highlights the unusual procedural situation created by the judgment, explaining that the Home Office could argue for the ban to remain in place until its appeal is heard.
