Russell-Cooke announces partnership with NoBa Capital to support startups
Russell-Cooke has announced its partnership with investor firm NoBa Capital to support the launch of Elevate with NoBa, its flagship founder support programme.
NoBa Capital (‘no barriers’) invests in early-stage, tech-enabled ventures. Its portfolio companies focus on areas including access to work, career development, financial wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and flexible employment. Launching in November 2025, Elevate will offer both investment and hands-on support to selected startups, helping founders build a clear roadmap, prepare for scale and sharpen their investor proposition with guidance from NoBa’s expert community.
As part of the Elevate programme, partner Sally Johnston and other members of Russell-Cooke’s corporate and commercial team will join as guest speakers. They will host a legal workshop and offer exclusive drop-in sessions for founders during the programme. Participants will also gain privileged access to NoBa’s wider network of operators, advisers and sector specialists, unlocking valuable connections and expertise across the startup landscape
Startups need legal advisers who understand the challenges they face. We’re thrilled to partner with NoBa to help founders identify what to focus on when it comes to a solid legal framework, and support them through growth.
Applications for the Elevate programme are now open on the NoBa website here.
