About Ben
I recognise that my clients want to know, in simple terms, what the problem is and what their choices are. I work to fully understand my clients’ issues and objectives so I can provide straightforward advice and distil legal complexity into very clear options for them to consider.
Ben is an associate in the corporate and commercial team. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters; providing clear, well-judged and risk-aware advice that supports sound commercial decision-making.
Ben works with clients across healthcare, technology, professional services, real estate and consumer sectors, advising on corporate transactions, general company law, commercial agreements, terms of business, GDPR and intellectual property, including copyright and trade marks.
Ben trained at Russell-Cooke, completing seats in corporate and commercial, commercial property, commercial litigation and professional regulation. His breadth of experience enables him to approach matters systematically and identify legal and commercial issues early.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Ben built a senior career in the health service, working as a front-line clinician and in operational leadership roles. He has worked in complex, highly regulated and high-pressure environments, and brings a calm, disciplined and detail-focused approach to his legal work.
