Brooke is an associate in the real estate, planning and construction team. Brooke joined Russell-Cooke in 2021.

Brooke advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant work (grants, assignments, variations, licences and surrenders), re-finances and acquisitions and disposals.

• Supported on a £30m acquisition of two storage facilities for a leading pan-European self-storage group
• Acted on the sale of an industrial estate worth £3.5m
• Acting for landlords on the grant of new leases, including offices, retail and industrial units
• Acted for a private portfolio investor in connection with the disposal of a portfolio of mixed use properties at auction worth circa £7m
• Assisted on the property aspects of the disposal of a company (with a portfolio of six industrial estates) to a major real estate investment trust for circa £23m
• Advised tenants on new leases and lease renewals, including a new lease of a unit in a shopping centre food court for a franchise trading as a leading multinational fast food restaurant chain
