She advises on contentious and non-contentious issues, including the negotiation of section 106 agreements and highways agreements, strategic guidance on enforcement, use classes (including whether a Certificate of Lawfulness or a planning application is appropriate), and permitted development rights (including prior approval applications). Hebe has experience working with private individuals, developers, landowners, and charity clients.
