Roshni’s practice focuses on development and investment transactions within real estate finance where she has gained significant expertise over the last five years. Her experience includes hotels, shopping centres, development sites, restaurants and offices. Roshni regularly acts for a wide spectrum of lender and borrower clients such as banks and bridging lenders as well as large developers.

Roshni gained in-house legal experience working for a bridging lender on high value transactions, dealing with both real estate and banking law.

Roshni qualified in March 2022 and joined Russell Cooke in 2023.
