Will is an associate in the corporate and commercial team. His clients include established businesses, founders and investors across the real estate, sport, consumer, technology and professional services sectors. He advises on acquisitions and disposals, investments, general company law, commercial contracts and intellectual property.

Before and during his time qualifying as a solicitor, Will spent ten years as a professional rugby player and represented Wales on the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series. This time spent in elite, high-pressure environments enables him to bring a calm, focused and detailed approach to his legal work.

• Advised the majority shareholder for a company valued at c.£1 billion on a cross-border corporate re-structure.

• Acted on various acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers, including acting for the buyer on their purchase of a real estate company for c.£11 million and representing the seller on the sale of their corporate finance advisory practice for c.£5 million. Will was involved in both matters throughout, assisting with due diligence, disclosure, the drafting of key transactional documents and general deal management.
