Prior to joining Russell-Cooke as a trainee in 2023, Will was a professional rugby player for 7 years where he played for the Dragons and represented Wales on the HSBC World Sevens Series.

Alongside his work at Russell-Cooke, Will currently plays for London Scottish RFC.
