Our vacation scheme

We believe that our vacation scheme offers the right balance of support and autonomy, and really demonstrates what life is like as a Russell-Cooke trainee.

What makes a Russell-Cooke training contract different is the diverse nature of our work and the unstuffy nature of the working environment. As a firm we offer our clients our expertise in areas ranging from high-value real estate and corporate law to charity, professional regulation, private client, family law and specialist litigation.

The vacation scheme is for one week and you will be based in one of our departments and buddied with a Senior Associate. Over the course of the week you can expect to meet clients, potentially visit court, experience time in a number of departments and visit our different offices. If your team is hosting an event or social, you will certainly be going along. There will be drinks with the current trainee cohort and you can drill them for information!

At the end of the week you interviewed by our Graduate Recruitment panel and undertake a letter writing test so that you can be considered for a training contract.
