Partner Matthew Radcliffe has been quoted in an article from the Financial Times on new HMRC data suggesting fears of a mass departure of non-domiciled taxpayers from the UK following recent tax reforms may have been overstated. Matthew highlights the stability of the figures, despite significant changes to the non-dom regime.
