Russell-Cooke has appointed Joel Leigh as a partner in its dispute resolution group.
Joel is a highly experienced solicitor with a broad commercial disputes practice, acting across civil fraud, financial services, professional negligence, insurance, partnerships and sports law matters. His work frequently involves complex, high-value disputes with an international dimension.
He has acted at all levels of the English courts, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and has acted in a number of landmark cases. His experience spans both claimant and defendant work, including representing clients in high-profile fraud litigation, professional negligence claims and regulatory proceedings.
Joel has a strong reputation for his work in the sports sector, advising athletes, agents, clubs and commercial stakeholders on disputes and regulatory matters.
