Russell-Cooke has advised Bloom and Crosstree Real Estate Partners on 76,000 sq ft of lettings at Bloom, Hayes, a newly refurbished multi-let industrial estate in west London, with tenants including The Rock-it Company and Direct Link.

The Russell-Cooke real estate, planning and construction team that acted on the transaction included partner Neil Dryer and legal director Lucy Nichol, with consultant Harriet Butterfield advising on construction matters and partner Alex Ground on planning.

This transaction reflects continued demand for high-quality ultra-urban logistics space in London. The letting of 76,000 sq ft at Bloom Hayes highlights the appeal of well-located, refurbished assets. We are delighted to have supported our long-standing client, Bloom, again.
