Russell-Cooke retains Gold Payroll Giving Quality Mark accreditation for 2026
Russell-Cooke has been awarded the Gold Quality Mark Award 2026 for the third consecutive year for its payroll giving scheme, recognising the firm's ongoing commitment to supporting charitable giving in the workplace.
The government-backed accreditation celebrates employers that encourage employees to donate to charity through Payroll Giving and achieve strong levels of participation across their organisation.
Also known as Give As You Earn, Payroll Giving enables employees to donate directly from their salary before tax is deducted, providing a simple, secure and tax-efficient way to support charities of their choice. The scheme offers charities a reliable source of regular income, helping them plan for the future and maximise their impact.
This year's award comes against the backdrop of continued growth in Payroll Giving across the UK, with more employers participating in the scheme, increasing employee engagement and higher donation levels benefiting thousands of charities nationwide.
Responsible Business Lead and partner Conor Brindley commented:
We are proud to receive the Gold Quality Mark Award once again. The recognition reflects the generosity of our people and our continued commitment to supporting charitable causes through payroll giving. By enabling colleagues to contribute in a simple and effective way, we can collectively make a meaningful difference to charities and communities across the UK.
The Payroll Giving Quality Mark is awarded annually based on employer support for the scheme and employee participation levels, with awards ranging from Bronze to Diamond.
