Chloe advises a variety of clients ranging from tenants to developers and commercial landlords and lender in the retail, development, investment and industrial sectors based on all aspects of real estate law including commercial lease transactions, estate management transactions (lettings, renewals, assignments, underlettings etc), acquisitions and disposals, & real estate finance. She also has experience in residential conveyancing matters including setting up sales schemes and plot sales.

Chloe qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and joined Russell-Cooke in 2021.

• Advising on an £8 million acquisition of a retail property in London together with subsequent financing and letting of the site.
• Being part of a team on the acquisition of a £9.6 million multi-let industrial site in Enfield, and subsequent financing of the site.
• Being part of a team on a share acquisition of a £20 million commercial real estate portfolio;
• Acting for a Landlord on numerous lettings on several industrial estates within their real estate portfolio in London;

• Graduated from Oxford Brookes University

• Completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law

• Qualified as a solicitor in March 2016
